Welcome to PetCelebrationZone.com, a joyful digital platform where pet owners create celebration pages, share photos, participate in contests, earn tokens, and remember pets who have passed. By accessing or using our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the site. You must be at least 18 years old to make purchases or use paid features, or have permission from a parent or guardian.

2. What PetCelebrationZone Is

PetCelebrationZone is a platform for celebrating living pets and, when a parent or staff chooses, converting that same page into a memorial on The Virtual Pet Cemetery (thevirtualpetcemetery.org). Users can create celebration pages, upload photos, join contests, earn and buy tokens, interact with other pet owners, leave memorial gifts, and purchase advertising.

3. Memorials

A celebration page can be turned into a memorial by the pet’s parent or by staff. Memorial pages have a quieter look, a headstone, a guestbook, and token gifts (messages, candles, flowers, toys). Share links are presented from thevirtualpetcemetery.org. Ads on memorial pages are limited to services that help families after a loss. Moving a page to the cemetery does not delete the stories and photos already published.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of photos, stories and messages you upload. You grant PetCelebrationZone a license to display that content on celebration pages, memorials, contests, emails you request, and public previews so the community can see it. You confirm you have the right to share those photos. We may remove content that is illegal, abusive, or off-topic. Flagged material is reviewed by staff.

Visitors may view public pages, cheer, play on-site games, and share a link to a page. They may not download, repost, or print another family’s photos, or use those photos on merchandise or social posts as if they were their own. Only the pet’s parent may post that pet’s pictures off this site or put them on products.

5. Tokens & Rewards

PetCelebrationZone uses a token system. Users earn tokens by creating pet pages, uploading photos (+5 each, up to 10 photos a day), participating in contests, voting, logging in daily (+10 each day you sign in. Every 7th day you also get a +20 bonus (that day is 30 — not a double that replaces the daily 10).), completing weekly challenges, and inviting friends who publish. Tokens may be spent on contest entries, boosts, memorial gifts, featured placement, badges, photo frames, and games. Tokens have no cash value. Unused purchased tokens may be refunded only under the Refund Policy.

6. Paid features

Paid features include token packs, contest entry fees, featured placement, banner ads, sponsored reviews, advertiser tools, and gift certificates for a fully paid pet page. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Approved partner groups receive a 50% discount on token packs, capped at 30 members per group. The group is credited 100% of what those members pay for packs; staff records and sends those funds after purchases clear.

7. Advertisers & Sponsored Content

Advertisers may purchase banner ads, sponsored reviews, contest sponsorships, and featured placements at Introductory Launch Rates (40–60% below projected pricing) until analytics stabilize. Bookings are 1, 2, or 4 weeks. Churches, clubs, and rescues receive 50% off intro rates. Local pet businesses may receive free listings and reviews. Ads must be truthful, safe, and appropriate. Sponsored reviews are clearly labeled. We may reject or remove ads at our discretion. Memorial placements are reserved for aftercare, counseling, and similar services.

8. Conduct

Be kind to animals and to each other. Do not post cruelty, harassment, spam, or anyone’s private information. Do not game contests (fake votes, extra accounts). We may hide pages, reverse tokens, or suspend accounts. Repeat harm can mean a permanent ban.

9. Contests & Shows

By entering contests, you agree to follow rules, allow public display of entries, and accept final judging results. When a contest is closed, the highest-vote entry receives the advertised token prize and a Champion badge. Rewards have no cash value.

10. Amazon Associates

11. Account termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts or remove content for violations, harmful behavior, or attempts to disrupt the platform. Removed content is not eligible for refunds except as required by law or our Refund Policy.
