Refund Policy

PetCelebrationZone offers digital products, tokens, and advertising services. Refunds are limited due to the nature of digital goods.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be granted for duplicate purchases, technical errors preventing product delivery, or unauthorized charges. Refunds are not granted for tokens already spent, contest entries, banner ads that have already displayed, or sponsored reviews that have already published. Memorial gifts that were placed at a stone are not refundable.

3. How to Request a Refund

Email support@petcelebrationzone.com with your order details. We review requests within five business days. Chargebacks filed without contacting us first may result in account suspension.

4. Partner group funds

Money credited to a partner group from member token-pack purchases belongs to that group after the purchase clears. It is not refundable to the member once tokens have been delivered, except in the cases listed above.
